PHILADELPHIA, PA (PRWEB) SEPTEMBER 01, 2015 — Philadelphia-based cell phone charging company ChargeItSpotannounces its expansion with luxury retailer Neiman Marcus with four new units across Neiman Marcus locations in Chicago (Michigan Avenue), Houston (The Galleria) and San Francisco (Union Square).

The phone charging stations enable Neiman Marcus customers to lock up their phones and shop while they charge. ChargeItSpot’s partnership with Neiman Marcus began in November 2014 when they deployed kiosks in the Neiman Marcus-owned Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan. Based on positive Bergdorf Goodman results, Neiman has expanded the amenity into their iconic stores, as yet another way to service their guests. “At Neiman Marcus, our goal is to offer the finest merchandise, in a beautiful setting, with exceptional customer service; by providing ChargeItSpots as an additional amenity, we hope to surpass our customers’ expectations,” says Wanda Gierhart, CMO of Neiman Marcus Group.

ChargeItSpot aims to make secure phone charging as ubiquitous as Wi-Fi for consumers, providing luxury retailers with a service and a “leg up” over their competitors. Retailers have the opportunity to completely customize the charging stations to engage with customers at every level. Neiman Marcus has taken full advantage of this option, including security images hand-selected from their 2015 Fall Lookbook. “Neiman Marcus and the iLab team led by Scott Emmons, has always been at the forefront of innovation in the retail technology world. We are proud to provide a service transforming the brick and mortar experience and we couldn’t be more excited to work with a retail group that understands the importance of catering to the needs of the shopper,” says Douglas Baldasare CEO and Founder of ChargeItSpot.
