ChargeItSpot Powers MetroHealth’s GALA2016 and Medical Center in Cleveland

ChargeItSpot recently experienced a fun pairing between two of the verticals we serve: hospitals and events.

On May 21, 2016, ChargeItSpot powered the 1,000+ guests who attended the MetroHealth GALA2016 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. MetroHealth brought in ChargeItSpot to power their special black-tie charity event to keep attendees and staff charged.

The phone charging station proved to be a big hit, from powering the mobile bids for the silent auction to keeping the Cleveland Cavaliers fans abreast of the latest game score!

Following the event, the charging station was relocated to the MetroHealth Medical Center’s cafeteria. The kiosk provides peace of mind to patients and visitors who can stay connected with loved ones during critical moments or help pass the time while they wait for appointments. The phone charging stations also offer a practical, in-demand convenience for the MetroHealth Medical Center’s staff.

ChargeItSpot charging stations can now be found in hospitals from our home base of Philadelphia to New Jersey, Delaware, Nevada and now Cleveland.
